Here we go… the last of the Lawrenceville renovations! I put a little extra love into this one, knowing it would be my home for the next few years. It’s by far my favorite. Enjoy!
BEDROOM:
Got rid of the dropped ceiling, bye bye wood paneling, added a door to the bathroom, and exposed the brick chimney.

BEDROOM:
Added dual walk-in closets… raised the ceiling level, etc etc etc. Exposed the brick chimney and after much debate left it in its imperfect glory.

KITCHEN:
Ripped out the ceiling to expose the rafters, totally new kitchen cabinet layout and added deck outside.

BATHROOM:
You used to have to walk down a creepy hallway to the bathroom… we totally reconfigured that so the entry is just off the bedroom. Also reconfigured the bathroom so it no longer has the weird tub/toilet layout. I’m not sure what Lawrenceville contractor thought this was a good idea but you see it everywhere and it makes NO sense.

EXTERIOR:
Added a wrap-around deck where the saggy porch roof used to be.
