Well I just handed off the keys to the new owner of Loft 1R. It felt like giving away my first-born. Or maybe sending them off to college? But at long last, almost a year to the day of closing on the building, the first apartment is officially completely finished! After a final punch list of course… You have no idea how satisfying it is to see a list like that get crossed off within just a day. The place really came together and I couldn’t be happier.
